This policy explains how ProcureMatch uses information received to assess and develop a commercial request.
1. Who operates ProcureMatch
ProcureMatch is currently a private service operating through procurematchglobal.com. The operating legal entity and contractual jurisdiction are not yet stated on the website and must be confirmed before monetisation. The primary monitored contact is procurematchglobal@gmail.com. 2. Information we may collect
Depending on the request, ProcureMatch may collect the request type, requirement type, company name, country, contact name, professional email address, a description of the product, service or works, quantity or volume, technical requirements, geography, desired timing, an optional budget or target price, and additional commercial context.
We do not ask for passwords, payment information, government identifiers, medical information or other sensitive data that is unnecessary for a commercial assessment.
3. Why we use this information
Information may be used to understand and validate the request, identify missing information, research opportunities or potential counterparties, prepare clarifications or requests for quotation, compare commercial alternatives, support a legitimate introduction and communicate about the request.
4. Website form and storage
The form sends text-only information to the website's secure hosting infrastructure. The information is validated on the server and, if accepted, stored in a project-controlled database together with a unique request identifier, request type, review status, receipt time and limited technical data used to prevent abuse. Confirmation is shown only after the stored record has been verified.
5. Documents
The website form does not accept or store documents. After reviewing a request, ProcureMatch may separately ask for relevant supporting documents. A document later supplied by a user or counterparty is not automatically treated as verified or authentic.
6. Review, use and disclosure
Requests are reviewed manually by authorised ProcureMatch personnel. Submitting a request does not automatically create a commercial case. Where appropriate, ProcureMatch may use verified publicly available professional business contact details or facilitate an introduction. Non-public counterparty information is not disclosed without an appropriate basis or authorisation.
7. Retention
Requests are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for assessment, communication, duplicate prevention, legitimate records and applicable legal obligations. This version does not use automatic deletion; ProcureMatch may manually review and remove information that is no longer needed. The exact retention period requires approval and legal review before public launch.
8. Service providers and recipients
The website uses technical providers for hosting, database services, content delivery and security. Email providers may process messages voluntarily sent to the published contact address. This version does not use third-party advertising, behavioural profiling or marketing analytics. Commercial information may be shared with a potential counterparty only where there is a legitimate commercial purpose and the disclosure is appropriate to the stage of the opportunity.
9. Counterparty identity
Where appropriate, ProcureMatch may limit disclosure of a private counterparty's identity during early qualification. This is not a promise of absolute anonymity or unlimited confidentiality.
10. Cookies and tracking
This version does not use advertising or marketing analytics cookies. The hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms for security, service operation and access control for the private preview. This policy will be updated before any new tracking technology is introduced.
11. Rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, an individual may have rights to request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning their personal data. We may reasonably verify the requester's identity before responding.
12. Changes
This policy will be updated when the form, providers, purposes or applicable legal framework changes.
